Interviewing
Recording of sessions will available to those that cannot attend the live session.
Your reputation is on the line each time you hire someone. The heart of the interview process is the questions you ask and the answers you get in response. You get the best answers when you ask effective questions. Ineffective questions often result in hiring someone who might sound competent during the interview, but once hired, you soon find out is not the best person for the job. Becoming a great interviewer rests in a leader’s ability to accurately measure each candidate’s knowledge and skills in each of the areas that are most important to you. During this seminar, you’ll get the skills you need to interview and hire the best fit for the job.
