Recovery Resources specializes in medical account collections and is certified by the American Collection Association. Recovery Resources is member owned by Medi-Sota, Northland Healthcare Alliance, and Montana Health Network. Recovery Resources offers members exceptional customer service while maintaining reasonable commission rates with no up-front costs. Our agency pledges to provide you personal service to address any concerns, whether on an individual account or more involved collection issues. Education
The Medi-Sota Education program offers a variety of workshops pertaining to healthcare including Acute Care, Long Term Care, Management, Business Office, Compliance, and other Ancillary Departments. Most workshops are available at no cost or a reduced rate to members. A library of training videos is also available to Members Only at no charge.
Because Medi-Sota covers a wide region of MN, we also offer several workshops by videoconferencing so members do not have to travel long distances and can remain on site for their training. Visit the Medi-Sota Education page to review a list of upcoming workshops.
