The Power of Service in Health Care

From Feb 11 2021 12:00 pm until Feb 11 2021 1:30 pm
At Webinar

One of the key elements of service in health care is to remember the whole person is before you. The medical intervention is only part of the equation. The other part is addressing and attending to the humanity every person brings to their medical situation. Medical professionals need to be as attentive to patients’/residents’ fears and emotional reactions as they are to the medical procedures they are employing. Medicine is the science and service is the spirit in health care.

  • Understand what patients and residents expect when seeking care.
