The Medi-Sota Education program offers a variety of workshops pertaining to healthcare including Acute Care, Long Term Care, Management, Business Office, Compliance, and other Ancillary Departments. Most workshops are available at no cost or a reduced rate to members. A library of training videos is also available to Members Only at no charge.
The Lac qui Parle Health Network (LqPHN) was awarded a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services grant to fund the MENTOR Health IT project. This project connects network members with the broader health consortium, Medi-Sota, to propagate best practices and effective models for implementing and optimizing health information technology solutions to meet the needs of the rural, sparsely populated and rapidly aging southwest region of MN. National Donate Life Blue & Green Day 2015 is April 17!
During this day, the public is encouraged to wear blue and green, hold events and fundraisers, and partner with local restaurants, malls, media, and community organizations in an effort to promote the success of organ, eye and tissue transplantation and the extreme need for registered donors.
