Career Center

The Recruitment Program provides recruiting services to members for Physicians, Mid-Levels, and Allied Staff Professionals...
Please visit the Career Center for a list of current openings at member facilities.

The Medi-Sota Education program offers a variety of workshops pertaining to healthcare including Acute Care, Long Term Care, Management, Business Office, Compliance, and other Ancillary Departments.  Most workshops are available at no cost or a reduced rate to members.  A library of training videos is also available to Members Only at no charge.

Because Medi-Sota covers a wide region of MN, we also offer several workshops by videoconferencing so members do not have to travel long distances and can remain on site for their training.  Visit the Medi-Sota Education page to review a list of upcoming workshops.

Mentor Health

The Lac qui Parle Health Network (LqPHN) was awarded a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services grant to fund the MENTOR Health IT project. This project connects network members with the broader health consortium, Medi-Sota, to propagate best practices and effective models for implementing and optimizing health information technology solutions to meet the needs of the rural, sparsely populated and rapidly aging southwest region of MN.
